 Hole 7 - Dinnae Be Greedy

Distance - 296 yards

Pro Tip - The 7th is now a drivable par 4. The bunker that used to be protecting he green has been removed, challenging you to drive the green. The entire right side has been strengthened with bunkers and waste area, over the green runs away quickly. Still the safe area available to the left off he tee for most golfers.

Distance - 507 yards

Pro Tip - This par 5 is a great test. Bear left off the tee and try to avoid he eight bunkers is good advice! The undulating fairway offers challenging lies. The green is relatively flat but exposure to the breeze can make putting interesting.

Hole 5 - O'er The Burn

Distance - 177 yards

Pro Tip - The burn has been moved further from the right side of the green allowing players to play a bouncing shot onto the putting surface. The bunker the the right has to be avoided. This is a superbly shaped and fast green.

Pro Tip - This is a relatively short par 4, but one that is wrought with six dangerous bunkers. The name of the hole is meaningful for the tee shot and a crisp short approach will be required to hold the green. This was formally the second hole prior to the redesign.

Distance - 531 yards

Pro Tip - The other Kittocks conscript, this long par 5, has also been lengthened. Usually played into the breeze, the fairway has been lowered and now plays closer to the large lake to the right. The burn that used to be well short of the green has now moved closer to the putting surface. The right side of the putting surface. The right side is protected by three deep bunkers. A very good three shot par five under normal conditions. Keep left.

Pro Tip - The former fourth from the kittocks course has been beefed up considerably to make this new hole. Normally played downhill, this long par 4 is still narrow and features one target bunker about 100 yards short of the kidney shaped green.

Hole 1 - Quarry

Distance - 425 yards

Pro Tip - The opener still plays the same length for all sets of tees, however the burn that crosses 30 yards short of the green now winds around to guard the left side of the putting surface. Replacing the gathering bunker with a gathering water hazard  is sure to grab the attention and add an extra challenge to this tricky opening hole.
